Change Status of Multiple Records in Group

  1. Open a work order that is a member of the group.

    You can tell that the current work order is a group member by looking at the Work Center header. The words Attached to a Group display after the work order ID.

  2. Click the Group tab.

    All members of the group display.

  3. Click the check box to the left of each work order you want to modify.

  4. Click the button at the bottom of the page that corresponds to the desired status change. For example, click Issue or Deny.

    The status of the work orders change as displayed in the status column.

Since there is no master record, changing the status of an individual member of the group will only change the status for that particular record. To change the status for multiple members of the group, you must use the Group page.
